Great location and comfy rooms

We were here for a family funeral, and the location was super convenient, the church was right across the street. The service was on point too. they even gave us an extra room when our door didn’t close quite right. Oh, and I didn’t know they had breakfast, which was a nice surprise. The rooftop bar was a little too loud, though.

were extremely accommodating during a tough time. They provided us with two rooms when our door didn’t close properly. However, the breakfast options were limited, and I wished they had more variety for guests.

The location near the church was incredibly convenient, especially given the circumstances of our visit. The staff's responsiveness was remarkable. they swiftly addressed our room's issue by providing an extra room for the night. We were pleasantly surprised to discover their delicious homemade sausages at breakfast, which added a delightful touch to our stay.

The portable AC remote was super dirty and the room felt slightly dirty with walls that could’ve been cleaned better. The restroom was extremely small, making it uncomfortable to use the facilities. Additionally, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom that diminished when the door was closed, but it's definitely a major concern they need to address.

The AC unit leaked water even when off, causing a mess on the floor!!! The restroom felt cramped, with a sewer smell lingering!!! The portable AC remote was filthy and the walls could use a thorough cleaning!!!

The location was ideal, just steps from the church. The staff were accommodating, addressing our needs promptly. Our room was clean and spacious with great amenities. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. Free parking was also a big plus! ☕

I recently stayed for two nights and loved the amazing views and the cleanliness of my junior suite with balcony, but the glass-wall shower left little to the imagination. I'd definitely return!

We had a fantastic time during our 11-night stay. Despite the leaks from the AC, the staff's warm service made up for it. The coffee shop nearby is a hidden gem, perfect for a morning boost. I'd recommend bringing your own toiletries for convenience.

Just a good match for a concise stay in Tepatitlan de Morelos with high value for money. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we entered. Remember to check the AC unit as it might need some maintenance.
